Karen R. Koenig, LCSW, M.Ed., is a six-book international author, motivational speaker, psychotherapist, eating coach with a worldwide clientele, and expert on the psychology of eating—the why and how, not the what of it—with 30-plus years of experience teaching troubled eaters to stop dieting and bingeing by using the skills that “normal” eaters use naturally to attain and maintain a healthy weight for life.
