Creating Affirmations for Stress-Management

I am enoughAffirmations stem from ancient yogic traditions (such as Ananda yoga) and train our autonomous, healthy Self to emerge louder, more clearly than ever before.  The problem is that most people don’t really know how to incorporate affirmations into their life — or why they are an important stress management tool.
You can be ahead of the curve!  
Here’s a fun exercise that you can try at home that will show you how to write and incorporate affirmations into your daily life.
